Looking to put together a team for auctions and pre-auction purchases in Palm Beach County, FL Experience: Bought my first condo conventionally. Eventually sold it lease option, capitalized on the up swing on the bubble. Bought another home to live in. Lost a bunch of equity in it when the bubble burst. Real Estate Goals: Buy properties at or before auction. Replace my current income with rental income. I assume I'll need to cash out a few deals along the way to fund other deals.
