Active Duty Army Officer (16+ years), who became extremely interested in REI back in 2017 after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad (I know, real cliché) and we started our REI journey by house hacking our first home in Colorado Springs. Unfortunately, I had to put a pause on the REI for a couple years due to life and moving around because of the Army but I am looking to turn it back on. I currently have a number long-term rentals across WA, CO, and WI and am looking to continue to grow my portfolio, specifically, in the Colorado Springs market. My end goal is to build a large enough portfolio, through numerous strategies, for my wife, daughter and I to fully retire, travel, and not have to worry about the daily grind. After I retire from the Army of course. My hobbies include, traveling, hunting, fishing, sports, hiking, camping, and spending time with my girls.
