I am 59 and still working a W-2 job (60 - 70 hours per week). I have some retirement saved in a 401K, Been doing REI for about 3 years part-time. Still growing and learning all the time. I want to replace my W2 income within 5 years. Experience: I own a few small Residential Multi family and SFR. Primary method of investing is using the BRRRR strategy. I am an experienced landscaper. I can do most minor repairs to homes (just don't have the time). Good organizational and management skills. Real Estate Goals: First to build enough passive income to cover our current bills. Secondly to be able to retire from working for other people. Want to accomplish these goals using small multi-family Buy and Hold. Eventually want to own small Apartments. Currently Seeking: Mentors in small multi-family investments, Partners, Property Manager, Private investors.
