Originally from the UK, I live in Christchurch, New Zealand. I renovated a few houses here in the early 90’s when houses were cheap (NZ now one of the most unaffordable countries to buy now!) and became a real estate agent in 2003 and now focus on investment sales and creative finance deals (very little of this going on here). Get great value out of BP especially the podcasts which are always on in the car!
