John Lorenz

As a state licensed master electrician, John has worked for one of the largest electrical contractors in Wisconsin for the past 14 of his 20 year career. His experience as an electrician includes managing over a billion dollars worth of high profile projects in the Milwaukee area and managing large construction teams. He has been investing in real estate since 2013 and has been the property manager for his entire local rental portfolio. John’s experience includes asset acquisitions and negotiations, asset management, calculating rehab costs, and managing property rehab projects. John and his family currently live in Milwaukee, WI We are focused on the Milwaukee and surrounding suburb markets and looking for B&C class multifamily apartments in locations that have a $2,700 per month or higher median household income. While we like to be open to a variety of opportunities, we are targeting apartment buildings that are not operating to their full potential either from operational inefficiencies or deferred maintenance.
