I am the Managing Partner of American Real Estate Investments. We specialize in passive income real estate investment opportunities in the hottest markets in the US (turnkey single-family rentals, private lending oppotunities and vacation rentals in Southern Belize). We operate in 4 different markets currently (DFW, Houston, Kansas City & St. Louis). Our goal is to help American & foreign investors purchase real estate in the U.S. through many different avenues such as 1031 exchange, IRA, 401k, etc.. Real estate investing is my passion. I am lucky to say that I get to help people every day reach their investment goals through real estate. I started off as an agent at Max Broock Realtors in Birmingham, MI. This office was one of the top brokerages in the whole state of Michigan. Max Broock specialized in listing and selling high end retail real estate in the metro Detroit area. The appeal of selling million dollar homes to retail buyers was the first thing that drew me to the real estate industry. After a number of years working with retail clients I began to build relationships with many investors in the Detroit area. I found that working with investors was a better way to bring in consistent income. I used the experience I attained from working with investors to land a position with a hedge fund in Michigan as an acquisitions director. While employed at this fund I gained a vast amount of knowledge on how to acquire homes in multiple markets across the country. I now mainly focus on acquisitions and sales here at American Real Estate Investments. I love giving advice on what to do and what not to do when it comes to investing in real estate, so please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have!
