Hi BP Forum, I am a new investor in the city of Fort Collins, with the focus on the Northern Colorado location. I currently own 1 property in Johnstown, which is my current primary residence, but am looking for a greater expansion on my portfolio. My main focus is within the long-term rental market, because of the strong confidence I have within our Northern Colorado territories to continually increase due to the strong trend in township growth, and the very limited availability for expansion within most city limits. I am a man of Faith, and a regular at Mountain View Community Church in Fort Collins, Colorado. I am a husband to a beautiful wife Bethany, and a father to two beautiful daughters, with my first son due May 10th 2020.
