John Mayberry

I’m John Mayberry, Owner and Broker of Real Property Management in Carlsbad (independent, not the national franchise). I got my real estate license at 19, my broker’s license at 21, and took ownership of our family company a little over a decade ago. We’ve been managing North County rental properties from our Carlsbad office since 1975. I’m hands on in the business — working with owners, our team, and the details that keep our portfolio running well. I’m enthusiastic about real estate investing, helping our clients to make more money and achieve their goals, and brightening our communities through quality management and well-maintained buildings. Happy to compare notes on North San Diego County rentals and long-term investing in North County San Diego. www.RentRPM.com · CA DRE# 01767835
