New to the game of real estate investing. I have studied investing of all kinds over the last couple of years. I have been looking for ways to become a investor. I was able to save enough cash to buy my first house for myself. one that I believe I did reasonably well on buying at what I figure to be about %50 below the avg comp. I am here hoping to get involved with the community and work my way towards my own goal of owning my first investment property and building upon that foundation for a both challenging and exciting future.
