Hi, my name is John. I am 16 years old and I live in Buffalo NewYork. My dad inspired me to start real estate investing, when he was younger he owned duplexes and earned a decent income on them. I decided that even if this wont be full time job at first it would be smart to do on the side. When I get a good amount of income properties thats when I would probably go full time. I am inspired by other investors like Ben Mallah, and Graham Stephan. I have a lot of hobby’s, I enjoy cars and working on them, I am a season aquarist, I play guitar, and I like fishing as well. I use Bigger Pockets to most of my studying. But i also study a lot from listening to senior investors who have a lot of knowledge. I make sure to be better at listening than I am at talking.
