John-Michael Moreno

Hi my name is John-Michael I am the President of Grantham Property Group, and I am here to learn, provide help and network. I have spent the last 10 years in the medical field, where I worked as a Paramedic. I have worked on the road and currently work, in a non clinical setting, for the biggest hospital corporation in the state of Florida. However these last few years I have begun to realize that this is not where my heart is. Real estate has always fascinated me and I am attracted to every aspect of it. I love it! The research, the number crunching, the visualization of projects and then making them come to fruition. There is, to me, another element, a more personal one. Real estate is also about the building of relationships, trust and bonds. I find to myself to be pretty transparent and only expect the same in kind. I am currently in a cubicle and can't wait to get out!
