I am a semi-experienced investor, I currently own 29 units, and use four property managers. I have the ability to rehabilitate a house if possible but do not have the time. I am currently looking for buy and hold deals and flips in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads and Baltimore areas. Experience: I have 27 units under my two LLC's and completed our last purchase in under 7 months. I am still a newbie, still making mistakes and learning from them. I buy challenged properties and bring them back to life. I do not property manage, due to my military career. Most of my properties are in the Hampton Roads area, but I have two units in DC. I am expanding my influence to MD. I am looking at wholesalers and lien holders for suppliers. I am also looking at Turnkey Rental systems in Memphis and Baltimore. Real Estate Goals: 3 year goal, replace my income with RE. 5 year goal replace my family income with RE. 10 year goal have all my partners income replaced with RE. Currently Seeking: Start and build relationships with like-minded people, to expand in the Hampton Roads and DC area. Thinking about syndication but need more research.
