I'm a full time Respiratory Therapist that got involved in real estate back in the late 90s. I bought the first home my family had ever owned. After that transaction, which was awful, I became a Realtor for few years. I bought a 4-plex, owner finance, and the property was so bad, i couldn't get insurance. I keep it for 3 years and sold it. The person I sold it to, made a lot of money, I was hooked ever since. I now own 3 rental properties and want to learn more.
