I'm aspiring to become a real-estate investor in the near future. I already own a house and currently house hacking it. My main goal in to use the BRRR method for long term wealth growth. I served in the Army and I'm from Atlanta, so I know both markets pretty well. I'm open to partners, investing capital, and mentorship.
