I began my real estate career in the auction business in 2006 working with banks and developers selling excess inventory in the last downturn. I've been wholesaling since 2012 in South Florida, and added Central, Southwest, and North Florida into the mix in 2018. We have an active list of wholesale deals that we publish daily on Florida investment properties, and our subscriber base exceeds 10,000. I'm also a buyer and rehabber. As such I bring a unique perspective to wholesaling because I'm both a buyer and a seller.
