I am an investor who became hooked on real estate and passive income using the BRRR method on some properties in Atlanta, GA that I now hold as rentals. I am looking to expand my network and knowledge here in the Pensacola, FL area. I stationed in the Pensacola area as a flight student and I would like to acquire a house with MIL to house hack, and a triplex, 4-plex, or 5+ commercial multifamily property here as an investment property.
