Hi all! I am an accountant that works remotely in Louisville, KY. Although I am an accountant, I am looking to pursue real estate full-time in the next 3-5 years. Currently, I own three units. One is a house hack (duplex) and the other is a SFR BRRRR. I looking to buy investments properties in the Louisville market, for now, using the BRRRR method (SFRs and small multi-family units). Eventually, I would like to invest in larger multi-family, or commercial properties either with partnership or syndication. My long term goal is to acquire rental properties in multiple markets that will allow me to be financially free.
