I live in the SF Bay Area, however I’m interested in single or small multi-family properties in the Louisville, KY area (I travel there for work several times a year). I held previous rentals in CA, so out of state will be a new venture for me. I want to connect with pros in the area to get moving on my first deal. Also looking to connect with others who are embarking on out of state investing to share info and support.
