Rental Property Investor
I buy & hold properties. I currently have 33 units including several SFR's and several small multifamily apartment/townhome properties. Experience: I have been a Real Estate Investor since 2012. Real Estate Goals: I would like to have 100 units by the age of 50(2024). Currently Seeking: Multi-family and Larger apartment complexes. Class B & C properties with value-add potential.
