John Santos

I have a background in conventional lending, although it was between 2001 and 2007. I have also had several successful brick & mortar and online businesses I am currently dedicating 20% of my time to real estate investing. I am very familiar with certain areas of South Coast Massachusetts and Palm Beach County Florida. I have started Blackout Coffee Co. in September 2018 and opened a coffee roasting facility in Punta Gorda, FL. It is a family owned business and we roast all of our coffee in small batches to preserve quality and the rich flavor. We started the business with a goal of offering an amazing coffee experience but as well to support the military by sending coffee to the deployed troops. We have also had a lot of success collaborating in school fundraisers, raising funds for extracurricular activities and other things.
