About myself
Wanna-be real estate investor from Richmond, VA. I have to admit, I first became interested in real estate when all the "flipping" shows started up however many years ago. (hey, I saw that eye roll!! ....I probably deserved it.) I have zero practical experience in the field. I've read a few books but that's about it. I just want to learn! Thanks for having me!
