I love spending time with my family and fishing recreationally (clams and lobsters). I have five daughters. Over the next few years, I plan to be building some passive income that will pay for my children's college, weddings, and give me the option to retire by age 40. Currently I have about 30 units in multifamily, one commercial property, a 20 unit mobile home park, and a small 28 unit storage facility.
