36 year old in the Buffalo area. Full time nurse. Sold most of my rentals due to NYS unfriendly laws and covid nonsense... am looking to do more quick turn around buying and selling whether it's property, equipment, auction items etc. I also love the building trades and love working in them. I am all set up to do most kinds of side work. I also like doing property clean outs. I have an enclosed trailer, dump trailer and a skidsteer to work with. Looks like I'm getting canned for not being jabbed. Closing on a 17unit in June.
