I am from Fremont, California. A relative newbie to real estate investing. Hoping to learn through this forum as well as eventually be a contributor. Experience: I bought my first investment home in March 2020. Also, got my CA real estate agent license in Feb 2020. Currently working full time as a software engineer, as well as joined Keller Williams Benchmark Properties, Fremont, CA as a real estate agent. Real Estate Goals: I would love to be involved with other investors and help them, while at the same time learn and build confidence about real estate investing such as Wholesaling, Flipping etc.
