Jonathan Schwartz

I live in Hopkinton, MA with my wife and 2 kids. I work full-time at a job I enjoy but am working towards replacing my income with real-estate income, with a goal of early "retirement". We currently own 2 investment properties on Cape Cod and are pursuing a strategy of focusing on high-end vacation rental markets in the future. We are looking at the Outer Banks currently and who knows what the future holds.
