Jon Arthur

I live in a small town above 30 miles east of Raleigh called Pine Level. After graduating in 2010 form a D2 college in the North Carolina mountains called Lees-McRae College I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. After working with a family business for a couple of years a family friend asked if I wanted to start appraising homes with him. so in the beginning of 2013 I started appraising homes and have been learning more and more about my real estate market ever since. I am going to get my real estate license soon and would also like to start buying rentals to gain cash flow. I am 26 years old and hope to have a lot of years to build up a strong rental property portfolio.
