I am an experienced real estate investor with properties in Pittsburgh, PA and New Jersey. I have been investing for 8 years and have been ramping up in the last 24 months. I have primarily done single and two family buy and holds, but am also doing more flips. My long term strategy is to start moving up the food chain and buying large multi-unit properties.
