I am a real estate agent in MA and NH. My wife and I invested in a large multi-family in MA and NH. I bought my first property when I was 22. It was a 3 family that I househacked and we now own over 200+ units in MA and NH as well as manage 130+ units for clients. I am passionate about helping others get started in real estate and believe it is the best way to build long term wealth. As a real estate investor myself, I understand what my clients are looking for and send them deals that make sense for their investment strategy. I help my clients buy in 2-10 unit MF range, and we’re looking at larger buildings for our portfolio or syndications, this ensures that we do not compete with our clients on the same deals.
