I was born and lived in Topeka almost all of my life. I rehabbed 4 homes as live-in flips. In 2012 I took courses with Rich Dad Education and added wholesaling to my repertoire. Wholesaling along with rehabbing has allowed me to make Real Estate investing my career since 2013. I closed down a drywall contracting business to focus on Real Estate. I am beginning to add buy and hold properties for rentals and selling on contract for consistency in cash flow as well as for retirement.
