I am a critical care RN and real estate investor living in the Columbia River Gorge, Oregon since 2006. I own single and multi-family homes in The Dalles, OR. I also build homes to add to my rental portfolio. Since I began investing in 2009, I have found a passion for creating value in my properties, building equity, and moving towards a lifestyle fueled by passive income and adventure. I love the place I live, and enjoy kitesurfing, whitewater kayaking and being outside as much as possible. Owning real estate and building homes makes it happen!
