I am a licensed general contractor and a real estate investor with a small rental portfolio. I have been involved in all different facets of the real estate industry, as a landlord, as a wholeseller, as an attorney, an flipper and now a general contractor. We specialize in working with investors In the Louisville metropolitan area. We work with local as well as out-of-state investors, doing both residential and commercial remodeling. Also, on occasion we will work in other parts of Kentucky, predominantly rural areas when investors cannot find local crews. We handle all different types of issues: - Roofing (shingles, roll, TPO, etc) and gutters -Decks -Concrete -Electrical -HVAC -Framing -Painting -Flooring -Plumbing -Etc. We have done projects, big and small, from apartment buildings down to single-family homes. Based upon the totality of my experience in the real estate industry, I am able to work closely with investors to help them frame and develop their investment strategies and then take advantage of the opportunities to reach those goals. I understand the different approaches in remodeling a rental property from a flip.
