I've been at it awhile now and learned new and exciting ways to keep my business going in a positive direction. I am a strong and successful business man, I have increased my knowledge as a Real Estate Residential Redeveloper. I am quality driven and focus on doing the right thing even when no one is looking As a residential developer I seek to find deals at 35 - 40% below Market to evaluate and decide what I will do with the property and sell at a profit. My temperament is cool calm and collected, theirs not a lot that rattles me. I am a problem solver, I track processes, implement them and recycle these processes to insure the outcome is on track.. Experience: Presently my experience is advanced and I am confident in my abilities to develop a system of marketing and attracting the people I need to maintain and grow the business as well as help others from the beginner to the advance Real Estate investor in what ever capacity they may need. Today it is JV'ing and Wholesaling properties in a market that allows me and my business to expand with knowledge and with a partner by growing my cash on hand to enter more into the Fix and Flip arena and as a PML with the ultimate goal to Buy and Hold with a monthly cash flow of 10s of 1000s before I am through. This will be my Portfolio of income.
