Hello BP! I am currently in energy efficiency consulting space. I recently read the bigger pockets rental property book and it got me very interested in the possibilities of real estate investing. As of right now I am in the stage of frugality and saving for an FHA or FHA 203k house hack to start my investing. Hopefully with the knowledge I gain from that I want to explore the BRRRR strategy/out of state investing/Multifamily investing. Long term goals is to build a portfolio that provides enough cash flow for me to have the option whether I want to continue to work or not. I am looking to network with local real estate agents, investors, lenders, contractors. With visions of starting to invest by EOY it would be ideal to network and build my team now! Looking forward to this new investment journey!
