I’ve been in real estate since 2005. I sold my first commercial/multifamily deal in 2011 and made the switch completely to commercial in 2012. I am now the Managing Director for KW Commercial in Northeast Oklahoma. I have literally done every commercial deal there is and learn something new everyday. I personally invest in residential flips, wholesales, and holds as well as multifamily properties. My next venture will be senior housing developments.
