I am a new investor looking to invest in Multi-Family in Chicago, Illinois.  CURRENT CHALLENGES: Currently, my wife and I do not have access to typical financing options like conventional loans or FHA loans. (Which is a nice way of saying WE HAVE BAD CREDIT.) We're currently looking to fix that and explore other financing options in the meantime.  EXPERIENCE: I'm a new investor looking to find his first deal. Outside of investing I have experience managing construction crews to build roads, sidewalks, driveways, alley's and other transportation infrastructure throughout The City of Chicago. I also have experience in building construction.  REAL ESTATE GOALS: • Short Term: House hack my very first multi-family home in Chicago, Illinois by Q4 2021. • Long Term: Replace my W2 income with with Cash-Flow from rental properties. CURRENTLY SEEKING • Residential multi-family buildings with 3-4 units in the City of Chicago. • To connect with other investors, landlords and other related professionals in the Chicagoland area. • A solution to my credit problems.
