Hello, My name is Jonathan Martinez. I am currently residing in the Bronx, NYC area. I work FT in the Accounting field. As well as, working as a property manager for an investor for a few years. I have learned a lot over the years as a property manager; dealing with tenants, vacancies, and DIY repairs. I want to put all this knowledge to the test with purchasing my own real estate investments! I look forward to learning from everyone here.
