I am a Naval Officer of 14 years. It has taught me the power of what an organization can accomplish through the marriage of leadership and individual strengths/skills. Experience: I began in 2007 with my first primary residence that became a rental after the crash during the following year. Since then, I have owned two other houses and began flipping houses for income in 2018. Real Estate Goals: My immediate focus is on the rapid scaling of my networks and systems to provide the tools to grow my business past the capability of sole management. My overarching goal is to earn a reputation as a community and REI leader who partners up with eager and smart new investors as their experience or high net worth backing. Currently Seeking: For my single family and small multi-family company, I am seeking deals and mentors who have scaled their company well past the capabilities of one person. For my multi-family partnership, I am seeking exposure to more experienced investors and capital investors, CRE brokers to begin a relationship with, and deals.
