Real Estate Investor and Agent. Experience: My wife and I have been buying rental properties since 2011. We own about 50 rentals/doors, primarily in my local market of Brevard County, Florida. We moved here in 2010 after college (University of Miami, Go Canes!) when I joined the Air Force as a Civil Engineer Officer assigned to Patrick Space Force Base. After 10 years of moving around with the military, we decided to come back to Brevard County, Satellite Beach specifically, and settle down here. I am now a full time investor and agent.
