Jonathan Perez

I am a Real Estate agent located in Miami, Fl with two years of experience. I am also an aspiring investor looking to expand my knowledge and network with the right professionals to accomplish investment deals. As a Realtor I can provide insights with up-to-date market changes, as well as connections with other brokers, inspectors, and mortgage loan officers. My prior career in HVAC also allowed me to make connections with all different type of contractors in the construction industry. I hope to be a resource for anyone in the bigger pocket's community. Looking forward to closing many deals in the near future.
