14yrs in Law enforcement. I’m in the market, looking with a real estate agent and looking for some Hard Money lenders for my first BRRRR. Also any Contractors in Sussex county! My skills include being able to read people and listen to what they're sub communicating. I'm also a John Maxwell Certified Life Coach, although I use that more for my career and helping the next generation of police come up than I do as a business, but I'm always happy to help if someone is stuck and looking to grow an aspect of their lives. My goal for last year was to get out of debt and my goal for this year is to get my first real estate property through a BRRRR. Primarily looking at Buy and Hold Rentals. I'm new to BP so I'm still learning and don’t think that will ever stop.
