Hello all! Jonathan Riordan here. I am a Critical Care Physician Assistant who is new to real estate. I obtained my bachelors degree from Georgia College and State University and went on to graduate from Mercer University with a Masters in Physician Assistant studies. I began my real estate journey in 2022 with a house hack of a single family home that I renovated into a duplex by converting the attached garage to a studio apartment. I purchased my second home in 2023, and am continuing to use the house hack strategy by fully renovating and renting out a garage apartment in my back yard. I am currently investing in the Atlanta area, but desire to invest in outside markets and am looking forward to growing my portfolio and knowledge in the coming years.
