Jonathan Ramos

I was born in Boston, MA when my family could afford a home we settled in Lynn, MA. I speak and write fluently in Spanish, but English is my primary language. I am a do-it-your-selfer and love to get my hands a little dirty and figure thing out. I have done everything from knocking kitchens down to painting tedious staircases. As a homeowner and with my architectural background I have tons of experience renovating and updating homes. During my spare time I love woodworking and I am actively working on putting together my in-home shop. I went to Boston Architectural College where I learnt about Real estate and that is when I decided to get my Real Estate Lic. in 2010. In 2013 my wife and I bought our first home and now investment property. Throughout the past several years I have invested more into my own real estate portfolio and helped others along the way. Today, my now family of three has settled in Salem Nh and could not be happier. Experience: Rehabbed 5 units. Currently rehabbing a water-damaged property. Real Estate Goals: 1.
