Jonathan Streufert

Hello there! My name is Jonathan. I went to school at the University of Illinois, graduated in May 2015 with a master of science in materials science and engineering, and currently reside in Redford, MI. I work as a senior application engineer in Dearborn, MI. I purchased my first investment property in July 2017, and am continuing to look forward as I gain experience in managing it. I am also actively pursuing my next real estate investment as a single-family or small multi-family buy-and-hold. In addition to investing in single family homes, I am also involved in note investing, currently focusing on buying performing notes secured by real estate. My goal is to achieve enough passive income to be able to "choose" to work as an engineer, rather than to "have" to work to maintain my lifestyle, and eventually be able to depend completely on my passive investments.
