I started my own journey by househacking a duplex, and now I hold multiple investments and help others as a REALTOR. I live and invest in Los Angeles — and I love this market! It's dynamic, complicated, and a wild ride. I use data-mining and algorithms to identify the needles in our haystack. My "why" is my daughter and my goal is simple: to cover the cost of raising and educating her with 100% passive income. (And if that means I have incredible cashflow streams when she becomes financially independent in 20 or so years, all the better!)
