Jonathan Vest

Hi! My name is Jonathan Vest and I’m an aspiring real estate investor, analyst, and aspiring real estate agent in Memphis, Tennessee. I love the process of analyzing deals and negotiating terms in a way that benefits the buyer and seller simultaneously. My background is in financial and credit analysis. I work full-time for a regional bank in the area in a real estate-related division where I have the rewarding opportunity to be a part of the lending process. Real estate, market analysis, financial analysis, and hunting for deals are my forte. If I can help you in any way or if you’d like to network with a passionate Memphian aspiring to get into real estate, drop a DM - I’d love to chat. Jonathan Vest
