Currently active duty military serving overseas. I have a passion for outdoor adventures, project management and realestate. I use spare time overseas to learn and follow markets in areas where I have lived. I enjoy educating and advising military members on the benefits of realestate. Experience: I have built small homes, bought and sold a few homes and raw land and have a few rentals. Real Estate Goals: Short term: Obtain three income properties and wholesale two properties. Find like minded persons with same goals and learn together. Long term: Obtain cash flow properties Currently Seeking: Like minded, motivated persons to assist in brainstorming, networking, learning and or financing to support property acquisitions so it is a win win for all affected parties. Recreational use properties are also an interest area of mine.
