I am an Investor and Lender. I know the Conventional routes for buying, flipping, and investing in homes. Feel free to ask me anything. I love to share. It is the unconventional I love to learn about. Commercial stuff, wholesaling, Option to Buy, and so many others. Over the years I have picked up a lot of skills sets that have helped me to build my own investment portfolio. I would love to say it was all intentional, but it really wasn't. I learned how to fix and build just about anything. Got good working with Contractors. Got good at renting out properties and managing that. Improved at the marketing and networking piece. It all just slowly got picked up. That said I still have a ton to learn and love doing so. Can't wait to meet more people so that I can become a better investor in the future!
