I'm currently a 35 year old entrepreneurial minded employee. I got married in Nov 15 to an amazing woman, and we purchased a home in Jan 16. My job provides strong income currently (knock on wood), and given that, I am looking to acquire at least 3-4 rental properties in the next 18 months. I'm looking to learn about the best markets from a price/rent ratio, because my 1st goal is that my rental income pays the mortgage on my SFR in Las Vegas. I'm very open to any opportunities large and small, I am not wealthy by any means however I have arranged investors for a larger multi million dollar deal in 2009, so I just want to look at great deals whether they are holds for income, or flips.
