I am a real estate investor from the Philadelphia area. I own a rental property and are currently working on two rehabs. I also own two properties in Indiana that I acquired through tax liens in which I am in the process of either selling or renting. I came across this sight when I stumbled onto their pod casts on YouTube and found them very informative without them trying to sell me something. I also like the idea of the investor community through their sight they have created and look forward to the possibility of being able to network with other investors.
