After serving nearly 26 years in the military, I have transitioned into the world of real estate. As an investor and realtor, I am dedicated to building a successful business in this industry. Currently, I am the proud owner of four rental properties that generate income. I have also gained valuable knowledge from selling two extensive year-long rehabs, as well as selling a rental property to one of my tenants. Additionally, I successfully completed a property flip. We are currently on the tail end of our short term rental cabin build in Broken Bow, OK. My real estate journey began in July 2019 when I started developing this portfolio. Alongside these endeavors, I have ventured into syndications as a means of diversifying my investments. I am always on the lookout for exceptional sponsors who can provide valuable opportunities in this field. One of my most significant undertakings at the moment is a ground-up short-term rental (STR) project. This project is located in an Oklahoma Opportunity Zone, allowing me to take advantage of the benefits provided by the Opportunity Zone Fund. I am excited about this venture and the potential it holds. With my military background and the experiences I have gained through my real estate pursuits, I am well-positioned to thrive in this industry.
